Arrow Cuba lifts restrictions on mobile phones and other electronics use

It was only a couple of weeks ago when Cuba lifts restrictions on computes and DVD players and today counties officials announced that Cuba lifts restrictions on mobile phones use as well. Cubans can get service from state ETECSA network.

Very positive news.

I hope that companies do not send whatever misfunctional phones they have, to Cuba, selling them as good, for the people there obviously have no real knowledge around that piece of electronic device...Raul is trying to promote economic changes to the land, yet i am doubtful that those changes are actually for the benefit to the people, but rather to caress the cheek of the "West". We shall see...
